IMPORTANCE OF WATER IN OUR LIFE
importance of water in our life
Did you know that water is our most basic need? Although we are able to survive without water, it is essential for the survival of us and all life on Earth. We rely on water to provide almost every function of a human being. The average person uses about half their body weight and 15% of their daily energy just to keep a steady stream of water. Without these basics of life, then humans would not be able to do anything useful.
Why is water important in our everyday life? So many people use so much water when brushing and flossing their teeth. Or if they brush their teeth too hard and end up with dental problems. However, if people started drinking more water they would lose weight. Drinking at least two glasses of bottled water per day will help reduce your weight in no time. You also notice how your skin looks and feels when you drink more water. Your stomach doesn’t feel bloated because there are fewer calories in your body. This makes it easier for you to eat healthier food throughout the day. Because your body can process foods in a lot quicker and you tend to have higher metabolism than other people. In fact, it takes only 6 seconds for an individual to take in enough water to fill up a glass. It could make a substantial difference in your health. A Harvard Medical School study showed that a 10% increase in water consumption results in a significant decrease in obesity risk for American adults and kids. And that 10% effect on obesity could cause them to lose 10 pounds (or around 2 kilograms) within a year.
You may even see your face looking fresh, which is a good sign. Most people don’t realize it but washing your face with water after going to bed gives your face a nice refresh. If you start to use facial cleansers or any other products that contain harsh chemicals, they can damage your skin. So it’s best to keep your skin clean.
Water is very helpful for athletes and fitness enthusiasts. Just as you cannot get rid of sweat stains from running, sports teams and exercise groups need the same thing. During training, the athletes also need to drink lots of fluids. When sweating, hydrate yourself by drinking water and eating properly. Then go back to work. Even though you may drink more during your workout sessions, drinking enough is still important. The goal is to replenish lost blood volume after intense workouts. That helps you build endurance and strength which helps you perform better. As well as helping with muscle recovery and strengthening.
The importance of water is increasing as the world gets more industrialized. Industries are coming up and new technology is finding ways of improving production. Companies and industries have found ways of making money faster. To make this possible, factories have started using machines that run 24 hours a day. But how many workers are affected and compensated during such times? As a result of heavy machinery use, the amount of water that enters the earth is drastically reduced. For instance, some factories use salt instead of water to irrigate fields. The solution that produces less waste and cuts down on costs.
One reason why water is so important is because it carries nutrients to living things. Food is not made up of only nutrients. They have vitamins and minerals. All the minerals are important to us if there was no liquid available to support them. So we need these things to live. Even plants need water to grow and help the soil. Without water, it becomes harder for trees and bushes to flourish. Some fish and birds depend on river water for food. Another reason why water is important is because it is used a ton during manufacturing. Many companies use metal, plastic, wood, and other materials to create things. These materials come into contact with water which creates waste and affects the environment. Therefore, one way that manufacturers can save water is through recycling. By selling used or damaged goods, companies can reuse those materials. With proper handling techniques and reusing procedures, it saves water. Once again, it reduces global warming.
